Job summary

Trenkwalder (Turkey) is seeking an Export Manager to lead export sales and operations for our automotive spare parts business. You will coordinate quotations, pricing, orders and shipment coordination with international customers.

You will manage the export team, ensure documentation accuracy, monitor performance, and travel domestically and internationally as required. The role requires deep knowledge of export procedures and excellent English in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in export sales and operations.
• Experience in automotive spare parts or related aftermarket industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, order management, logistics and trade processes.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and leading export operations.
• Advanced command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in international or multinational organizations is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's export sales and operational activities from start to finish.
• Manage relationships with existing international customers, quotations, pricing, orders, and shipments.
• Coordinate export operations with internal departments ensuring timely documentation and processes.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, and operational reports, providing updates to management.
• Lead the export team, oversee daily workflow, and coordinate logistics and after-sales activities.
