Job summary

Trenkwalder Turkey is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead all warehouse and logistics activities in our automotive spare parts client operations. You will ensure efficient inbound, storage, packing and outbound shipping, while coordinating domestic and export shipments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, excellent English, and at least eight years of logistics or operations leadership, with hands-on experience in ERP and WMS and a track record of improving processes and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Minimum 8 years in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or operations management.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Hands-on experience in process improvement, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of ERP and WMS systems.
• Experience in KPI monitoring and operational reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) practices.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
