This position works at Istanbul location in the Established Pharmaceuticals Division that we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory. .
What You’ll Do
- Provide efficient and confidential administrative support to Executive and as needed other parties commissioned by the Executive.
- Manage and maintain complex calendar and coordinate global appointment across all global time zones, meetings and conference calls using various technologies.
- Organizeglobaltravelarrangements and itineraries to all regions of world, including flights, visaapplicationsetc. in line with thetravelrequirements.
- Preparation of documents,reports, andpresentations to high standard (formatting, re-working, proof-readingetc) ensuringbrand consistencyand according to brand guidelines.
- Be point of contact between Executive, key stakeholders, employees, external customers, and other parties.
- Track live projects, team whereabouts and holidays, including international public holidays and international team vacations.
- Participate in meetings, take minutes, and distribute, follow-up on active items wherever appropriate.
- Process and follow-upexpense reports.
- Take charge of all key visitor schedules and arrange associated requirements, i.e., hotel,travel, restaurants, entertainment,printing, and general enquiries.
- Assist with any other duties/ad hoc projects assigned.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years’ work experience in similar roles in multinational companies.
- Should be proficient inPowerPoint(advanced), Word (advanced), Excel (Intermediate)
- Must have strongverbal andwritten communication, interpersonal andorganizational skills.
- Must have excellent command of English.
- Must be able to adapt at handling multiple assignments (multi-tasking and prioritizing) to ensure completion in a timely manner while meeting assigned deadlines.
- Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality andprofessionalism.
- Must be able to conform to all internal and standard company procedures.

- Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
- Work within a team and as an individual contributor in a face-paced,changing environmentand be comfortable communicating with members of staff from all levels and areas of the business.
- Ability to work unsupervised, using initiative.
