Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an After Sales Services Manager to oversee all after-sales operations for a fleet of electric commercial vehicles in Türkiye and to support international service activities.

The role requires leading a skilled team, coordinating maintenance, dealer networks, and parts planning, while driving cost control and service excellence across domestic and international operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years in After Sales leadership in automotive.
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles, preferably light commercial.
• Experience with service operations, dealer networks, fleet customers or aftermarket organizations.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all after-sales service operations.
• Ensure timely maintenance for customer vehicles.
• Maximize vehicle uptime through proactive service management.
• Coordinate rapid response for breakdowns and issues.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts planning and inventory.
• Conduct customer visits and technical trainings.
• Monitor warranty and service costs.
• Manage dealer and service partners and network expansion.
• Develop understanding of vehicle platform and systems.
• Respond to international service tickets timely.
• Coordinate remote support for overseas centers.
• Lead and develop the after-sales team.
