Jobgether is seeking a Lead Instructor: Enterprise based in Turkey to deliver 30 virtual training sessions for enterprise teams adopting a new retail promotion planning tool. You will guide learners through practical workflows, balancing theory with hands-on exercises, while maintaining a professional and engaging virtual presence.

The role requires strong facilitation, business understanding, and the ability to teach learners across varied knowledge levels.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training delivery experience.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience teaching adults, including enterprise teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 30 virtual training sessions (10 full-day, 20 half-day).
• Lead engaging hands-on learning using real-world retail promo scenarios.
• Explain ROI, sales lift, and incrementality in business terms.
• Ensure consistency of promotional terminology across markets.
• Adapt to learners from beginners to advanced users.
• Demonstrate proprietary tool confidently in live sessions and troubleshoot as needed.
• Prepare materials and run dry-runs and client-specific training.
• Collaborate with training team during onboarding and prep meetings.
