Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainer for the EMEA region, based in Istanbul. The role partners with regional sales leaders to design and deliver impactful enablement programs, blending virtual and in-person training to drive performance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in sales training, strong communication and coaching skills, fluency in English and Turkish, and willingness to travel across the region.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales training or enablement in a B2B setting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Experience delivering virtual and in-person training.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales enablement and partner with Sales Leaders and teams.
• Identify capability gaps through field engagement and coaching.
• Develop training content, role plays, and sales scenarios for regional needs.
• Deliver engaging training across virtual, face-to-face, and blended formats.
• Promote adoption of enablement platforms and sales methodologies.
• Coach teams to improve performance and drive behavioral change.
