Job summary

Jobgether seeks an experienced Instructional Designer / Technical Writer (Project Based) in Turkey for a fully remote engagement. You will convert source materials into LMS content, modules, lessons, and SOPs, using AI tools while ensuring accuracy and learner focus.

Interview SMEs, develop templates, govern content standards, and deliver end-to-end outputs within a fixed scope. NDA, background check and RFQ-driven compensation apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design, technical writing or related fields.
• Hands-on with AI/LLM tools to support content workflows.
• Ability to interview SMEs, understand workflows and translate into clear content.
• Strong written communication and detail orientation.
• Capable of managing fixed-scope projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience creating LMS content, SOPs, and knowledge assets.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled video/content production platforms desirable.
• Knowledge of LMS implementation and content governance is a plus.
• Ability to define RFQ scope, deliverables, risks, and costs.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant instructional design work.
• Willingness to sign NDA and undergo background checks.

Responsibilities

• Define standards and repeatable workflows for learning materials and docs.
• Transform materials into structured LMS content with objectives and assessments.
• Create practical SOPs detailing processes, roles, and procedures.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools for drafting while ensuring quality and consistency.
• Interview stakeholders to translate operational knowledge into learner-friendly content.
• Identify topics suitable for short videos and AI-assisted production workflows.
• Develop reusable templates, prompts, and governance assets.
• Establish procedures for review, versioning, and updates.
• Own the full project scope independently with stakeholder collaboration when needed.
• Deliver outputs per scope, timeline, and quality standards.
