Job summary

Bentego is seeking an Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join our technology sales team in Turkey. You will build relationships with enterprise customers and drive new business opportunities while meeting sales targets.

You will leverage experience in Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation to deliver value-driven solutions and manage the full commercial cycle from proposal to contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B technology sales.
• Experience with Cloud, Data & Big Data, AI/GenAI, Cyber Security, ERP/CRM, or Digital Transformation.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and account growth.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives.
• End-to-end commercial cycle management: proposals, negotiations, contracts.
• CRM familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics.
• Able to meet annual/quarterly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Create new sales opportunities within enterprise customers.
• Manage full sales cycle from opportunity to closure.
• Build and sustain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Identify and analyze customer needs to position value-driven solutions.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and client communications.
• Follow tech trends (Cloud, AI, Big Data) to provide consultative support.
• Support documentation: proposals, contracts, reporting.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
