Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an Engineering-focused professional at the Konya Ice Cream Factory to ensure regulatory compliance and manage maintenance planning. This role supports production processes, quality, and CMMS-driven maintenance initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with engineering and technical teams to drive continuous improvement, project management, and data-driven reporting for regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial/mechanical/mechatronics engineering.
• Strong English written and spoken skills.
• Willing to contribute at least four days per week.
• Curiosity, attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production and activities comply with safety rules.
• Plan, monitor and follow production processes.
• Collaborate with the shift team to meet production targets.
• Initiate and manage continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure product quality across processes and packing lines.
• Improve CMMS and create maintenance program per CMMS.
• Check CMMS breakdown analysis and align activities.
• Provide data collection, analysis and regular reporting; address issues as they arise.
