Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an engineering graduate to start in Customer Service, grow into Inside Sales, and progress to Account Manager. You will manage order processes, support customers and distributors, and build the technical and commercial foundation for a long‑term commercial career.

You will manage end‑to‑end order administration, coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics and internal teams, and learn our SAP ERP system while contributing to customer meetings and ensuring smooth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Interest in developing through Customer Service → Inside Sales → Account Management.
• ERP knowledge (SAP preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, eager to learn, customer‑focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end order administration and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate ERP data (SAP).
• Support Customer Service operations and later Inside Sales activities.
• Join customer meetings and learn our technical product portfolio.
• Ensure smooth delivery, documentation, and issue resolution.
