Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a New Graduate Engineer - Technical Customer Care to support customers with technical guidance on our power and automation solutions. You will collaborate with sales teams and engineering experts to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

The role offers hands-on exposure to power distribution, energy management, and industrial systems in an international environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English.
Able to learn new technologies quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and digital platforms.
Respond to inquiries regarding product specifications and technical solutions.
Assist in product selection and configuration for customers.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Escalate complex cases to specialized engineering teams when required.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Document solutions and best practices for knowledge management.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience and operational excellence.
Build technical expertise across Schneider Electric's product portfolio and solutions.
Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in customer interactions.
