Job summary

SKF Turkey invites ambitious individuals to join the Talent Program for Emerging Markets E&A. As Key Account Manager Turkey, you will identify growth opportunities, craft sales strategies, build customer relationships, and drive acquisition and retention across defined industries.

Through a 9-month Acceleration Program with rotations across Europe and Africa, you will gain a fast-track learning experience spanning commercial processes, technical service, and direct customer engagement,

Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
Demonstrated result-oriented and innovative mindset.
International and cross-cultural experiences.
0–2 years of working experience after Master’s graduation.
Full professional working proficiency in English.
Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities within defined key industries for growth.
Develop sales strategies and plan to achieve targets.
Build strong customer relations and manage acquisition and retention activities.
Contribute to SKF growth and be part of a global leader.
Participate in real projects through the 9-month acceleration program.
Engage across Europe and Africa locations to gain broad exposure.
