Amazon.com in Turkey seeks an experienced Key Account Manager to drive growth of SMBs on the Amazon marketplace. You will recruit and launch online sellers, enable them to manage catalog, inventory and performance, and work to achieve revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering or related field; Master preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales experience managing large accounts.
• Strong track record of growing large accounts, product marketing or consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex concepts.
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience driving projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to solve analytical problems and thrive in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Be a business partner for selling partners with data-driven insights.
• Educate new selling partners about Amazon's delivery and customer experience standards.
• Help sellers master Amazon tools and systems for catalog, inventory, and performance.
• Achieve business and financial objectives and grow third-party revenue.
• Identify opportunities to improve Marketplace for all sellers with scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with EU, US and Asia teams to share best practices.
• Contribute to projects to improve customer and seller experience.
