Job summary

SKF Turkey invites ambitious graduates to join the 9-month acceleration program as Focus Key Account Manager Turkey. You will identify new business opportunities within key industries, develop sales strategies, and build strong customer relations to drive acquisition and retention.

Throughout the program, you will gain cross-continental exposure with Europe and Africa, undertake commercial, technical and operational training, and emerge prepared for a permanent sales leadership role at SKF.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent within engineering, business, international trade, entrepreneurship in combination with extracurricular activities
• Demonstrated result-oriented and innovative mind-set and experience
• International and cross culture experiences.
• 0-2 years of working experience after Master’s graduation
• Full professional working proficiency in English.
• Ability to travel

As Key Account Manager Turkey you will identify new business opportunities within defined key industries for growth, develop sales strategies, build strong customer relations and carry out customer acquisition and retention activities. You will contribute to SKF growth and be part of a committed team with a global market leader.

To prepare you for this key sales position for Turkey, throughout a 9-months Acceleration Program you will get a fast-track, 360 learning experience across Europe and Africa locations, covering commercial processes, technical service, manufacturing operations, and direct customer engagement.

You will be involved with a wide range of industries and business functions to rapidly develop into a well-rounded sales professional.
