Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 10+ years in industrial projects and/or industrial electrical maintenance.
  • Experience managing electrical works for large-scale projects and facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of MV/LV distribution, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, motors, UPS, generators, grounding, and lighting.
  • Experience in electrical installation, testing, commissioning, energization, start-up, and handover.
  • Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance.
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical systems and implementing corrective actions.
  • Experience coordinating electrical contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Ability to plan maintenance, shutdowns, inspections, and reliability initiatives.
  • Good understanding of electrical safety, standards, and permit-to-work systems.
  • Strong planning, coordination, leadership, reporting skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical project activities from engineering and design through installation, testing, commissioning, energization, start-up, and handover.
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and submittals; coordinate stakeholders.
  • Ensure works meet schedule, budget, quality, and standards; monitor progress and risks.
  • Coordinate interfaces between electrical, mechanical, automation, instrumentation, and civil disciplines.
  • Prepare and follow up schedules and recovery plans.
  • Support procurement with technical evaluations and vendor coordination.
  • Manage electrical testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.

We are seeking an Electrical Executive to lead electrical project, commissioning, and maintenance activities, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of industrial electrical systems while coordinating contractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial projects and/or industrial electrical maintenance.
  • Proven experience in managing electrical works for large-scale industrial projects and industrial facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of MV/LV distribution systems, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, motors, UPS systems, generators, grounding, and lighting systems.
  • Experience in electrical installation, testing, commissioning, energization, start-up, and handover activities.
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance of industrial facilities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
  • Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems, identifying root causes of failures, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Experience in managing electrical contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and maintenance service providers.
  • Experience in planning and managing maintenance activities, shutdowns, inspections, and equipment reliability improvement initiatives.
  • Good understanding of electrical safety requirements, applicable standards, HSE requirements, and permit-to-work systems.
  • Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving, leadership, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to live in Adana.
  • Manage and coordinate all electrical project activities from engineering and design through installation, testing, commissioning, energization, start-up, and handover.
  • Review and monitor electrical engineering and design documents, drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical submittals.
  • Coordinate electrical contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure electrical works are completed in accordance with the project schedule, budget, quality requirements, technical specifications, and applicable standards.
  • Monitor site progress and identify potential delays, risks, technical issues, and required corrective actions.
  • Prepare and follow up electrical work schedules and recovery plans when required.
  • Coordinate interfaces between electrical, mechanical, automation, instrumentation, and civil disciplines.
  • Support procurement activities, including technical evaluations, equipment selection, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage and coordinate electrical testing, commissioning, energization, start-up, and handover activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation, as-built drawings, test reports, commissioning records, and handover documentation are completed.
Electrical Maintenance & Operations
  • Lead and manage all electrical maintenance activities following the commissioning and start-up of the facility.
  • Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance programs to ensure safe and reliable plant operation.
  • Monitor the condition and performance of critical electrical equipment and systems and ensure timely maintenance interventions.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of electrical failures, breakdowns, and recurring technical problems.
  • Establish maintenance priorities based on equipment criticality, operational requirements, safety, and reliability.
  • Plan and coordinate planned shutdowns, major maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment overhauls.
  • Ensure adequate availability and management of critical electrical spare parts and maintenance materials.
  • Coordinate electrical maintenance team, contractors and service providers and monitor their performance.
  • Maintain and improve electrical equipment reliability, availability, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure maintenance activities are properly documented and that maintenance records and equipment history are accurately maintained.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, energy efficiency, reliability, and reduction of unplanned downtime.
  • Support the development and implementation of electrical maintenance procedures, standards, checklists, and work instructions.
