Job summary

Randstad Türkiye seeks a Senior Electrical Project Maintenance Engineer for our Ankara manufacturing site to lead design, evaluation, and field execution of electrical infrastructure in a greenfield-style facility.

The role covers LV distribution, power, BMS, fire detection, and automation integration, with emphasis on commissioning, FAT/SAT, and ensuring safe, reliable operation post-commissioning. Field-based with heavy coordination and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Electrical or Electrical-Electronics engineering degree required.
• 8+ years in industrial facilities or large CAPEX projects.
• Experience in factory setup or greenfield investments.
• Electrical design, field application, and commissioning experience.
• LV distribution, weak current, BMS, and HVAC electrical/automation knowledge.
• Ability to read LV diagrams, panel drawings, and technical docs.
• PLC/SCADA knowledge; Siemens TIA Portal preferred.
• Experience in FAT/SAT, commissioning and acceptance processes.
• Technical English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate and oversee field execution of new electrical infrastructure.
• Follow up LV distribution, transformers, cabling, panels, UPS, and grounding systems.
• Coordinate ELV systems: fire detection, CCTV, access control, data/telecom, PA.
• Integrate BMS and HVAC electrical/automation infrastructure.
• Assess process equipment electrical needs and coordinate with facilities.
• Manage electrical interfaces with EPCs, contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with project specs and technical standards.
• Lead FAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, SAT and tests.
• Oversee test protocols, acceptance docs and punch lists.
• Monitor field installation, address non-conformities and progress.
• Prepare as-built documentation and maintain technical records.
• Ensure reliable operation post-commissioning and plan maintenance.
• Plan preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities.
• Conduct root cause analyses and continuous improvement.
• Determine maintenance strategies and spare parts requirements.
• Monitor energy consumption and contribute to energy efficiency projects.
• Create and maintain maintenance procedures and technical docs.

We are looking for a \"Senior Electrical Project Maintenance Engineer \"for the Ankara manufacturing site of our global partner, a leading player in the healthcare products industry.

Responsibilities

• Taking part in the design, technical evaluation, and field execution processes of the new factory's electrical infrastructure,
• Following up on the implementation of LV distribution, transformer, busbar, cabling, generator, DB/MCC/DCC panels, UPS, grounding, and lightning protection systems,
• Following up on the application and integration processes of ELV systems such as weak current, fire detection, CCTV, access control, data/telephone, and emergency announcement,
• Taking part in the integration processes of BMS and HVAC electrical/automation infrastructure,
• Evaluating the electrical requirements of process equipment and ensuring coordination with facility infrastructure,
• Managing electrical interfaces with EPC/contractors, process equipment suppliers, and other disciplines,
• Monitoring the compliance of electrical field applications with project and technical specifications,
• Taking part in FAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, SAT, and functional tests of process and electrical equipment,
• Following up on test protocols, acceptance documents, and punch list processes,
• Monitoring field installation by contractors and suppliers; controlling technical non-conformities and project progress,
• Ensuring the completion of as-built projects and technical documentation for process equipment and electrical systems,
• Ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of electrical systems, process equipment, HVAC automation, BMS, fire detection, UPS, generator, LV, and weak current systems after the facility is commissioned,
• Planning Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance activities,
• Conducting root cause failure analyses and improvement efforts,
• Determining maintenance strategies and spare parts requirements for critical equipment,
• Monitoring energy consumption and contributing to energy efficiency projects,
• Creating and maintaining maintenance procedures, instructions, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Electrical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering departments of universities,
• Preferably 8+ years of experience,
• Experienced in industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, or large-scale investment/CAPEX projects,
• Worked in setting up a factory from scratch or greenfield investment projects,
• Experienced in electrical design, field application, and commissioning processes,
• Strong technical knowledge of LV electrical distribution systems, weak current, fire detection, BMS, and HVAC electrical/automation infrastructure,
• Experienced in the electrical infrastructure of process machinery and industrial equipment,
• Able to read single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, panel drawings, and technical documents,
• Knowledgeable in PLC, SCADA, and automation systems; preferably experienced in Siemens TIA Portal,
• Experienced in FAT/SAT, commissioning, and acceptance processes,
• Experienced in contractor and supplier management,Experienced in preparing technical specifications and preferably URS,
• Good command of technical English,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Suitable for field work and taking an active role during intensive commissioning periods,
• Strong project tracking, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
