Scholege is seeking an experienced Educational Consultant to oversee daily online education operations, coordinate student and teacher class schedules, and ensure smooth class progress. You will manage registrations, tests, enrollments, attendance, and satisfaction while reporting training processes to management.

The role requires strong communication, planning, and familiarity with international curricula, plus experience with online education systems and CRM tools. Flexible hours are expected.

• Plan and monitor daily online education operations.

• Monitor the smooth progress of classes and quickly resolve any issues that may arise.
• Manage student registration, placement testing, and course enrollment processes.
• Monitor student attendance and satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to requests from students and teachers.
• Prepare reports on training processes and present them to management.
• Ensure that training materials and operational documents remain up to date.
• Manage operational processes through CRM and online training platforms.
• Provide recommendations to improve operational processes and contribute to improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a graduate in English Language and Literature, American Culture and Literature, or English Language Teaching
• Possesses strong communication skills with students and excellent organizational abilitiy
• Proficient in planning and scheduliMeticulous and disciplined in reporting and follow-up processes
• Professional and solution-oriented in communication
