Scholege is seeking an experienced Educational Consultant to oversee daily online education operations, coordinate student and teacher class schedules, and ensure smooth class progress. You will manage registrations, tests, enrollments, attendance, and satisfaction while reporting training processes to management.

The role requires strong communication, planning, and familiarity with international curricula, plus experience with online education systems and CRM tools. Flexible hours are expected.

• Strong communication skills with students and excellent organizational ability.
• Excellent planning and scheduling capabilities.
• Meticulous and disciplined in reporting and follow-up processes.
• Professional and solution-oriented in communication.
• Familiarity with IB / AP / international curricula.
• Experience in educational coordination or consulting.
• Experience with online education systems.
• Able to work flexible hours.

Responsabilités

• Plan and monitor daily online education operations.
• Coordinate student and teacher class schedules.
• Monitor the progress of classes and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage student registration, placement testing, and course enrollment.
• Monitor student attendance and satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to requests from students and teachers.
• Prepare reports on training processes and present to management.
• Ensure training materials and documents are up to date.
• Manage processes through CRM and online training platforms.
• Provide recommendations to improve operational processes.
