Role Description

The native English instructor will work on-site at Eduspire Education in Denizli Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging English lessons for individuals and small groups, general and academic English. The instructor will assess learners’ language levels, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching materials to support each student’s personalized education path. Additional tasks include developing written learning resources, collaborating with education consultants on student progress, and maintaining accurate records of lessons and assessments. The role involves regular in-person interaction with students and staff in a professional, learner-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in English Teaching and Language Teaching, with the ability to deliver clear, effective lessons to diverse learners.
• Demonstrated Teaching and Education skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner assessment.
• Competence in Writing to produce high-quality instructional materials, feedback, and exam preparation resources.
• Relevant teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) or degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Experience preparing students for international English exams (IELTS, TOEFL, YDS) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively with education consultants and communicate effectively with students and families.
