Job summary

Dream BIG is a forward‑looking education consultancy expanding in Turkey and worldwide. We seek a dynamic Educational Consultant to introduce programs and guide students and parents in studying abroad.

You will manage counselling, registration, and visa processes, coordinate with departments, and provide ongoing support after enrollment. You will also participate in fairs, seminars, and sales activities to promote our services.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate diploma from a suitable university.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to develop and learn new things.

Responsibilities

• Introduce the programs and services offered by foreign education institutions to students and parents, in our office or via phone or e-mail.
• Counsel students who want to study abroad on determining the best suited country, city, school and accommodation preferences and completing the associated registration procedures.
• Follow up on client files after acceptance and registration.
• Provide after-sales support by maintaining communication with students studying abroad.
• Inform students and parents about educational processes.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to manage student processes.
• Inform students and parents about the education process.
• Complete the student's visa and residence processes.
• Attend sales meetings and present suggestions to increase sales.
• Attend or organize relevant fairs, seminars, workshops, and meetings in Turkey and abroad.

Job Description:

• Introducing the programs and services offered by foreign education institutions, in our office or via phone or e-mail to students and parents,
• Managing the counselling process by guiding students who want to study abroad on determining the best suited country, city, school and accommodation preferences and completing the associated registration procedures,
• Following-up on client files after acceptance and registration,
• Providing after-sales support by maintaining communication with students studying abroad,
• Informing students and parents about educational processes,
• Managing student processes in coordination with the relevant departments,
• Informing students and parents about the education process,
• Completing the student's visa and residence processes,
• Attending sales meetings,
• Formulating and presenting suggestions to increase sales,
• Attending or organizing relevant fairs, seminars, workshops, and meetings in Turkey and abroad.

Requirements:

• Preferably with experience in the education sector outside Turkey,
• Preferably having completed a training program outside Turkey,
• Undergraduate diploma from a suitable university,
• High organizational skills,
• Excellent command of the English language,
• Good command of Microsoft Office programs,
• No travel restrictions,
• Strong human relations, friendly, determined, disciplined, harmonious, punctual, and hardworking,
• Eager to develop and learn new things.
