Role Description

The English Tutor (Kids) is a full-time remote role focused on delivering engaging online English lessons to children. The tutor will plan and conduct one-to-one sessions using Stayeng’s digital tools, incorporating conversation, storytelling, games, and visual activities appropriate to each learner’s level. Daily responsibilities include assessing students’ needs, preparing lesson materials, guiding speaking and listening practice, and reinforcing vocabulary and grammar in a clear, supportive manner. The tutor will provide regular feedback to learners and communicate with parents through the dashboard to share progress updates and suggestions. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sessions, participating in occasional training, and collaborating with the Stayeng team to improve teaching methods and learner experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching, Tutoring, and Online Tutoring.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of English Grammar and effective Communication skills.
• Experience teaching or tutoring children in an online environment is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with digital learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and basic computer skills is required.
