Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Distribution Account Manager based in Turkey to lead distributor partnerships across Eastern Europe and Turkey, driving growth within Cohesity's Partner Ecosystem.

You will align with Eastern European Sales, Pre-Sales and Channel teams, enable distributor sales and technical units, develop joint business plans, and travel regularly across the Gulf region and beyond to accelerate bookings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of demonstrable distribution/channel management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Gulf markets and distribution-driven growth.
• Experience growing top distribution-managed Partners through Distributors.
• Experience coordinating marketing investments with Distributor partners.
• Willingness to travel across the Gulf region.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage distribution partnerships; execute joint business plans to grow pipeline.
• Create awareness and demand for Cohesity solutions with Distributor partners.
• Collaborate with Distributors to drive bookings and GTM execution regionally.
• Forecast Distributor pipeline in coordination with sales teams.
• Develop and lead a distributor sales strategy and a joint business plan.
• Enable Distributor sales and technical teams with defined outcomes and metrics.
• Track performance, address enablement gaps, and coordinate marketing activities.
