Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Distribution Account Manager based out of Turkey to manage and enable Distributors across Eastern Europe and Turkey within Cohesity's Partner Ecosystem. You will drive distributor-led growth, enablement, and expand Cohesity's footprint in the region.

You will build partnerships, coordinate with sales, marketing, and channel teams, and travel extensively to cover Gulf and regional markets as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with 8+ years of distribution/channel management experience.
• Experience growing top Distribution-managed Partners across Gulf markets and Gulf region exposure.
• Ability to coordinate marketing activities with distributors and measure ROI.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage distribution partnerships across Eastern Europe and Turkey to grow pipeline.
• Create awareness and demand with Distributor partners for Cohesity solutions.
• Collaborate with Distributors to drive bookings and joint GTM execution across the region.
• Forecast Distributor pipeline with e-sales teams and develop joint business plans.
• Lead distributor enablement aligned with GTM plans and distribution program requirements.
• Track distributor performance to plan and address enablement and bookings gaps.
• Coordinate marketing activities with Distributors to optimize ROI in the region.
