Job summary

Cohesity, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Account Manager based in Turkey to lead distributor partnerships across Eastern Europe and Turkey, driving growth and enablement within Cohesity's partner ecosystem.

You will build strategic business plans with Distributors, coordinate with regional sales, marketing, and channel teams, and relentlessly pursue pipeline, bookings, and GTM success while traveling >50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of distribution/channel management experience.
• Strong quota attainment and experience in Gulf markets.
• Experience growing distribution-managed partners via distributors.
• Collaborates with marketing to coordinate investments and ROI from distributor partners.
• Willingness to travel >50% across Gulf region and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage distribution partnerships across Eastern Europe and Turkey.
• Drive distributor-led growth and enablement with Cohesity's partner ecosystem.
• Collaborate with distributors to drive bookings and joint GTM execution.
• Forecast distributor pipeline with e-sales teams and track progress.
• Develop and lead distributor business plans as a roadmap for growth.
• Enable distributor sales and technical teams per GTM program requirements.
• Coordinate marketing activities with distributors and measure ROI.
