On Türkiye, the exclusive distributor of On, is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Performance Marketing Executive to drive online sales and brand growth across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in sports, fashion, premium or luxury retail.
• Advanced English (C1 level or above) is required.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, retargeting, and digital advertising models.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, conversion rate, revenue, CPA, and CAC.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital performance marketing campaigns aligned with On brand, e-commerce sales, and growth objectives.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital performance channels.
• Oversee budgets and relationships with Performance Marketing, SEO, and Analytics agencies.
• Analyze and optimize digital media investments based on ROAS, revenue, conversion rate, and CAC.
• Monitor traffic channel performance and provide regular analytics reporting.
• Develop audience and campaign strategies to drive new customer acquisition and retargeting.
• Collaborate with CRM, e-commerce, product, and marketing teams to align activities with the customer journey.
