United Racing Şans Oyunları A.Ş. is seeking a Growth Marketing Senior Specialist to drive customer acquisition and digital performance for ebayi.org.

You will leverage data-driven decision-making, manage multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate with Product and Technology teams to optimise landing pages and tracking. The role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Firebase, and attribution modelling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, MIS, or related field.
3–4 years in Growth Marketing or similar in e‑commerce, performance marketing agencies, or betting.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Proven ability to manage paid social campaigns and digital performance.
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Adjust, and Google Tag Manager.
Experience with campaign tracking, attribution models, and ROAS reporting.
Understanding of SEO and ASO principles.
Experience with acquisition funnels, conversion optimisation, and lifecycle marketing.
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools for analytics, reporting, and optimization.
Experience with Looker Studio, BigQuery, CRM platforms, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Programmatic, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
Develop acquisition and conversion strategies for web and mobile audiences.
Manage budgets, bidding, audiences, remarketing, creative testing, and optimization.
Coordinate campaigns for ebayi.org during promotions, product launches, and events.
Prepare briefs and coordinate assets with external agencies.
Ensure materials comply with brand guidelines and platform requirements.
Collaborate with Product and Tech to manage landing pages, deep links, and event tracking.
Use GA4, Firebase, Adjust, and GTM to monitor performance.
Create dashboards and reports on acquisition, traffic, engagement, conversion, and ROAS.
Identify tracking gaps and improve analytics infrastructure.
Support SEO and ASO initiatives to boost organic traffic and app visibility.
Conduct A/B tests across audiences, creatives, pages, and journeys.
Stay updated on Google, Meta, mobile measurement, and AI marketing tech.
Identify opportunities to automate marketing processes and improve workflows.
Monitor competitors and emerging growth opportunities.
