Job summary

Groupe SEB in Gebze invites a Warehouse, Distribution & E-Commerce Management Trainee to join its Operations Department. This early-career role focuses on e-commerce operations, warehouse management, bonded warehouse processes, and distribution activities.

You will work with cross-functional teams, gain hands-on SAP experience, monitor stock, support order fulfillment, and help improve customer experience through efficient logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or final-year student in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Internship or project experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or e-commerce operations is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting, and basic data analysis).
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Available to work 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse, bonded warehouse, distribution, and e-commerce operations to ensure operational continuity and service excellence.
• Monitor daily operational workload and execute material movement transactions in SAP, including inter-location transfers, store return entries, and inventory adjustments.
• Support order fulfillment processes and coordinate operations between warehouse, logistics, and e-commerce teams.
• Assist with marketplace operations, ensuring timely follow-up of orders, returns, cancellations, and customer requests.
• Manage and follow up customer compensation and claim processes on e-commerce marketplaces.
• Monitor cargo performance and investigate customer complaints related to deliveries, delays, damaged shipments, and lost parcels.
• Coordinate transportation appointments and operational activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support weekly volume and stock reconciliations with warehouse and distribution teams.
• Control logistics-related invoices and assist in periodic reporting activities.
• Prepare operational reports and analyses to improve stock accuracy, service levels, customer satisfaction, and process efficiency.
• Provide backup support to warehouse, distribution, e-commerce, and bonded warehouse teams during leave periods.
