Job summary

Yusen İnci Logistics in Gebze, Kocaeli is seeking a Warehouse Operations Team Leader to oversee inbound, outbound, returns, product care and customer experience, ensuring efficiency and service quality. You will lead and develop the operations teams, align processes with customer requirements and company policies.

The role requires hands-on management in a fast-paced environment, strong English, and proven experience in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field
5+ years in warehouse operations
Experience with Returns, Product Care and Customer Experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Advanced English (written and spoken)
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience in field force management
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
Customer and solution orientation

Responsibilities

Plan Inbound, Outbound, Return, Product Care and Customer Experience processes
Track and realize capacity targets
Manage and develop Inbound, Outbound, Return, Product Care and Customer Experience teams
Track production capacity transfers with the customer in daily/weekly meetings
Track and plan production budget
Track productivity targets and ensure targets are met
Monitor income and expenditure balances for assigned projects
