Job summary

Sephora Turkey is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist to oversee inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and stockroom standards across our retail network.

You will train new joiners, support store teams, conduct on-site audits, and lead cycle counts with post-count action plans.

This role requires advanced English, travel to stores for audits, and a passion for developing operational excellence within a global beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Retail Management, Accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of retail stock operations.
• Experience in training, coaching or onboarding retail teams.
• Analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel and SAP.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel for store support and operational audits.
• Advanced English speaking; additional languages are a asset.

Mission:

Provide comprehensive trainings for the best Stock Ops management, track store performances, and support all stores for excellent stock operations processes.

You will be responsible for:

• This role oversees inventory accuracy, shrinkage management, BOH standards, and stockroom best practices across the retail network.
• Alongside operational oversight, the Specialist is accountable for training new joiners, supporting existing store teams, and creating development programs tailored to store needs.
• Conduct periodic store visits to audit operational performance and provide on-site coaching.
• Lead physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and recount processes; provide post-count analysis and action plans.
• Ensure that Sephora Global & Local Audit guidelines are followed for Stock Operations
• Being the first point of contact for store inquiries, problems, operations, support, and guidance related to stock operations and provides training accordingly in stores day by day and prepare Training Reports
• Develop and implement training programs for stock operations staff and new joiners to ensure that they are fully trained and able to perform their duties effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Retail Management, Accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of retail stock operations
• Experience in training, coaching, or onboarding retail teams (highly preferred).
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel, SAP and retail systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel for store support and operational audits.
• Advanced English speaking skills required; additional languages are an asset.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
