Job summary

DeFacto is seeking a seasoned E-commerce Logistics Manager for its Arnavutköy center. Lead end-to-end B2C shipping processes, manage collection, packaging and delivery, and drive efficiency across product, stock and data teams.

The role requires 5+ years in e-commerce warehouse operations, KPI-driven management, and strong communication with head office teams. On-site position at Arnavutköy logistics hub, supporting customer satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• University graduate, preferably from Engineering departments.
• At least 5 years of experience in B2C e-commerce warehouse management, KPI tracking and team management.
• Mastering processes of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces and other channels.
• Experience managing white- and blue-collar teams with focus on motivation.
• Proficient in using computers and various programs.
• Strong human relations, communication and analytical thinking skills.
• Self-disciplined, result-oriented with planning and organizational skills.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end e-commerce (B2C) shipping processes for the Arnavutköy Logistics Center with close monitoring.
• Oversee collection, packaging, and delivery of work orders according to approvals.
• Improve business by analyzing e-commerce orders and product operations.
• Handle all daily order processes and operations.
• Organize processes required by Product, Stock, and Data management and lead the team.
• Set performance KPI criteria and supervise the team.
• Ensure abroad orders are exported per relevant processes.
• Coordinate with E-Commerce Operations, Supply Chain, Planning and Customer Services teams at head office.
