Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking a dynamic leader to drive its e-commerce marketplace business across distributor networks, ensuring sustainable growth and strong profitability. The role includes managing daily marketplace operations, P&L ownership, and weekly KPI dashboards.

You will partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to align growth strategies, lead JBP processes, and optimize in-platform advertising and campaigns across platforms.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in E-commerce Sales with a focus on Marketplace Management.
• FMCG experience is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation.
• Proactive, hands-on with ownership and accountability.
• Solid understanding of marketplace metrics and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily marketplace operations via distributor/dealer management; track sales, stock, pricing and logistics controls.
• Own and manage P&L; monitor revenue, margins, commissions, marketing investments and logistics costs.
• Prepare weekly dashboards covering KPIs like sales, traffic, ROAS and stock health.
• Lead in-platform search advertising and retail marketing on e-commerce platforms.
• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with e-commerce platforms and run weekly/monthly reviews.
• Analyze e-commerce data to develop growth strategies and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to align on objectives.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to lead and develop our e-commerce marketplace business, ensuring sustainable growth and strong profitability performance.

• Manage daily marketplace operations through distributor/dealer management, including sales tracking, stock availability, pricing, commission structures, and logistics controls.
• Own and manage the marketplace P&L, monitoring revenue, margins, commissions, marketing investments, and logistics costs; provide pricing and profitability analysis and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Prepare weekly performance dashboards covering key KPIs such as sales, traffic, ROAS, and stock health.
• Manage in-platform search advertising, sponsored ads, and retail marketing activities across e-commerce platforms.
• Lead annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes with e-commerce platforms and organize/lead weekly and monthly business review meetings.
• Analyze e-commerce data and measurement tools to develop actionable growth strategies and performance improvement plans.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Commercial Marketing teams to ensure full alignment on business objectives and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in E-commerce Sales, with a strong focus on Marketplace Management
• Previous FMCG experience is a strong plus
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business actions
• Proactive, hands-on profile with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Solid understanding of marketplace performance metrics, digital advertising models, and profitability management
