Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking a senior Trade Marketing leader to drive growth strategies and channel execution across FMCG markets. You will shape commercial initiatives, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Operations and Finance, and lead cross-functional programs from concept to impact.

The role requires 8+ years in trade marketing or related areas, strong P&L acumen, and a proven ability to translate data into growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum BA/BS; Master’s degree welcomed.
8+ years in Trade Marketing, Growth, Business Development, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Management.
Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
Experience in distributor, regional or Key Account Management.
Strong commercial, financial and analytical acumen.
Ability to translate data into actionable growth initiatives.
Proven track record leading cross-functional, high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

Drive trade marketing initiatives across key sales channels and optimize in-store visibility.
Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights and post-analysis.
Design and implement go-to-market strategies with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Operations and Finance.
Lead strategic projects including market entry, channel expansion, pricing and RGM.
Manage cross-functional projects from business case to impact assessment.
Translate insights into strategic narratives for Leadership decision-making.
Monitor e-commerce and omnichannel performance to improve growth and profitability.
Align local priorities with regional/global frameworks and ensure execution discipline.
