Job summary
Schneider Electric in Türkiye seeks an experienced System Drive Solution Leader to accelerate growth of Drive Systems and strengthen market position across key industrial segments. You will shape architectures, engage end users and partners, and guide opportunities from definition to handover.
The role blends deep technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive value-based solutions, digital transformation, and Industry 4.0 adoption across diverse projects in Türkiye.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Automation engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Drive Systems or related industrial fields.
- Strong technical knowledge of drive systems and industrial automation.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into integrated system solutions.
- Experience with solution selling and complex industrial projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and growth of System Drive solutions across industrial segments in Türkiye.
- Identify high-potential customers, applications, and business opportunities for Drive Systems.
- Serve as a solution leader and trusted advisor throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
- Engage early with customers to translate requirements into effective Drive System architectures.
- Build strategic relationships with end users, consultants, EPCs, OEMs, system integrators, and contractors.
- Lead technical discussions, solution presentations, and system architecture reviews.
- Influence project specifications and support in defining technical solutions.
- Position Schneider Electric’s Drive Systems portfolio through consultative selling and value-based discussions.
- Translate complex requirements into compelling technical and commercial value propositions.
- Lead opportunities through qualification, design, tendering, proposal development, and handover.
