Job summary

Mastercard Turkey is seeking a Director, B2B Services Development to lead awareness and understanding of Mastercard Services capabilities in the B2B/Commercial space for the EE Division, driving market intelligence, stakeholder engagement and coordination with regional and global teams.

You will work on consulting, digital transformation, insights and analytics, and marketing services, partnering with project teams to ensure quality and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience from a top-rated firm or business development experience in data-driven solutions.
• B2B Payments/banking expertise and experience supporting strategic discussions, market analysis, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Turkish.
• Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform regional strategy.
• Identify key product or market improvements and share findings with regional/global stakeholders.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Mastercard Services capabilities and communicate to internal/external stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with industry stakeholders and senior client reps for information exchange.
• Coordinate with regional/global teams for market intelligence sharing and project support.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and insights.
• Contribute to market research, benchmarking studies, and internal reference materials.
