Job summary
Mastercard is seeking a Director of B2B Services Development in Turkey to lead market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge sharing across regional and global teams. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality market intelligence, manage external obstacles, and support leadership alignment in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Consulting experience from a top-rated firm and/or business development experience in data-driven solutions.
- B2B Payments/banking expertise and experience supporting strategic discussions and market analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Turkish.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support regional planning.
- Identify critical product/market improvement opportunities and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Mastercard Services capabilities and share information with regional teams.
- Build relationships with industry stakeholders and senior client representatives for information exchange.
- Coordinate with regional/global teams to share market intelligence and support projects.
- Partner with project teams to ensure project quality.
- Develop market research, industry analyses, benchmarking studies, and internal reference materials.
