Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Managing Director, Masterpass to lead product strategies for the Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

The role oversees the Masterpass platform in Turkey, driving value through digital wallet, tokenization, payment orchestration and related services. You will shape go-to-market plans, manage cross-functional teams, and partner with regulators and customers to grow the business.

Qualifications

10+ years in payments product leadership with regional scope.
Experience navigating regulatory requirements (Central Banks, AML).
Proven track record launching digital wallet, tokenization or platform services.

Responsibilities

Direct the successful delivery of Digital Payments Platforms projects in the EEMEA region as agreed with regional and global management.
Build/Manage relationships with regulators and payment service providers; represent the company at events and panels.
Ensure compliance to local regulations by managing cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
Develop and execute Digital Payment Platform strategies to differentiate Mastercard offerings and drive customer loyalty.
Direct go-to-market strategies for commercializing Mastercard Digital Payment Platform technologies.
Identify and develop local partnerships to accelerate delivery of Digital Payments Platform products.
