Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking an English-speaking Art Director for its Advisors Creative Desk in Istanbul. You will join a growing creative team to ideate and execute engaging marketing solutions for Mastercard clients, delivering across digital, social, CRM, and experiential channels.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-market environment, ensuring brand consistency while resonating with diverse regions. A strong portfolio and agency experience are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director or Designer in a creative/branding environment.
Agency background required; experience with global networks preferred.
Strong portfolio showing campaigns across multiple markets; brand systems and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

Translate briefs into visually compelling ideas and campaigns.
Develop design systems and concepts across integrated campaigns.
Create high‑quality visual assets for digital, social, CRM, and presentations.
Collaborate with writers, strategists, PMs, and stakeholders throughout the process.
Localize campaigns for diverse markets while maintaining brand excellence.
Present work clearly, with strong design rationale and storytelling.
