Job summary

Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Managing Consultant for Customer Services Development to support non-Turkish group entities with market research, industry analysis, benchmarking, reporting, and analytical activities related to consumer acquisition and engagement.

The role leverages consulting, digital transformation, insights, analytics, and marketing services trends to develop customized solutions and ensure alignment with Mastercard’s core teams.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with the team to assess, monitor, report, and communicate Services growth strategy; provide market intelligence and recommendations to non-Turkish group entities.
• Identify the most critical aspects of a problem the Client or market faces in consumer acquisition and engagement.
• Leverage knowledge of all Services capabilities to analyze customer needs, prepare insights, and support non-Turkish group entities in developing customized solutions.
• Align with Mastercard core team via information sharing, coordination, escalation, and reporting to ensure business success.
• Partner with project teams to ensure project quality.
• Create Intellectual Capital through market research, industry analysis, benchmarking studies, and internal references for non-Turkish entities.
• Actively participate in training and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Together with existing team, contribute to and execute against the assessment, monitoring, reporting and communication of Services growth strategy initiatives, and provide market intelligence and recommendations to non-Turkish group entities.
• Identify the most critical aspects of a problem Client or market is facing in consumer acquisition and engagement.
• Leverage deep knowledge of all Services capabilities and how they fit together to analyze customer needs, prepare insights, and support non-Turkish group entities in developing create customized and relevant solutions for clients.
• Align efforts with Mastercard core team through information sharing, coordination, issue escalation, and reporting activities, for business success, including managing identifying external obstacles developments and maintaining leadership alignment and communication support.
• Partner with project teams to ensure project quality.
• Play a key role in creation of new Intellectual Capital the development of market research, industry analysis, benchmarking studies, and internal reference materials, and provide analytical insights and information support to non-Turkish group entities regarding customer and market developments. and become “thought partner” for clients
• Actively participate in training and developing others.
