Reporting to the IT Director (CIO), you will lead a 12-member team to deliver cutting-edge technology projects that impact business performance and growth. Hybrid work model in Istanbul region with a strong emphasis on delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field from a reputable university.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Ideal background in software development or SAP consulting transitioning to leadership/project management.
• Hands-on involvement with SAP S/4HANA integrations and UiPath RPA is a strong asset.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead a diverse team with strong delivery focus.

Responsibilities

• Digital Transformation Leadership across Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance, and Outbound Deliveries.
• Lead AI-driven initiatives including Price Elasticity Modeling and Product Life Cycle Management.
• Oversee non-SAP platforms and manage RPA, eBA, BI, and QDMS deployments.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure high-quality delivery and value.
• Ensure projects are on scope, on schedule, and within budget with risk control.

Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Digital Solutions Manager to oversee non-SAP applications and spearhead corporate digital initiatives across the enterprise. Reporting directly to the IT Director (CIO), you will lead an ambitious 12-member team (comprising full-time professionals, Management Trainees, and long-term interns) to deliver cutting-edge technology projects that directly impact business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Transformation Leadership: Drive multi-departmental digital transformation initiatives across Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance, and Integrated Outbound Deliveries.
• Commercial & AI Innovation: Lead AI-driven initiatives organizational-wide, including key marketing analytics projects such as Price Elasticity Modeling and Product Life Cycle Management.
• Ecosystem & Tool Management: Oversee strategic non-SAP business platforms, including RPA (UiPath), eBA (Workflow & Document Management), Business Intelligence (BW / Business Objects), and QDMS.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Direct relationships with external consulting firms, ensuring high-quality service delivery, contract performance, and value creation.
• Project Governance: Ensure digital projects are consistently executed on scope, on schedule, and within budget, with proactive risk management and strict quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field from a reputable university.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ideal Background: Early career roots in Software Development or SAP Consulting, transitioning into a Leadership/Project Management role driving corporate digital transformation.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience or strategic involvement in SAP S/4HANA integrations and RPA (UiPath) deployments is a strong asset.
• Leadership & Team Building: Proven capability to mentor, inspire, and drive a dynamic team of professionals and young talents.
