We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Operations and Business Applications Manager to join our team at our Headquarters.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading IT operations, business applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of our IT systems while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT Operations, Infrastructure, Business Applications, Information Security, and Digital Transformation activities across the organization
• Manage and develop technical teams while ensuring effective resource planning, operational excellence, and service quality
• Oversee IT infrastructure including cloud environments, cybersecurity, networks, servers, backup systems, communication systems, and end-user support operations
• Lead business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience processes across critical systems
• Manage enterprise applications portfolio including SAP integration, development, support, and optimization projects
• Drive digital transformation, Industry 4.0, automation, and technology modernization initiatives
• Identify, evaluate, and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business processes
• Manage project pipelines, vendors, external suppliers, and cross-functional technology projects
• Define technology roadmaps aligned with business strategies and manage IT budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Develop and maintain IT governance, cybersecurity frameworks, policies, standards, and risk management processes
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality expectations
• Own the SAP S/4HANA landscape end-to-end — including core modules (MM, PP, SD, FI/CO, QM, PM/EAM), SAP Analytics Cloud, Fiori and integration with MES/production and logistics systems — ensuring system stability, data integrity, and continuous improvement
• Lead SAP projects (module rollouts, enhancements, upgrades, S/4HANA conversions) and manage SAP implementation/support partners, licensing, and authorizations

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, MIS, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Business Applications, and Enterprise Technology Management
• Minimum 5 years of leadership and people management experience
• Strong experience in cloud technologies, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, infrastructure management, and digital transformation projects
• Experience with SAP integration projects and enterprise business applications
• Knowledge of AI technologies, automation tools, and emerging technologies with the ability to evaluate business use cases
• Strong knowledge of Agile, PMI, Scrum, IT governance frameworks, ITIL, and CoBIT principles
• Experience with enterprise technologies including AWS, Azure, VMware, Kubernetes, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, databases, and backup systems
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
