Job summary

Gambit Security in Turkey (remote position) seeks a Data Migration and Transformation Consultant to lead migration projects, support pre-sales, and shape SAP data migrations for international projects. You will analyze data, develop concepts, and implement conversion rules in collaboration with module teams.

The role requires 4+ years in SAP, strong SQL/Access skills, and English fluency. Remote work from Turkey is available with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of professional experience in the SAP environment.
• Strong competence in Microsoft Access and SQL.
• Basic knowledge of the standard SAP migration tools.
• Understanding of the extraction, transformation, and loading process.
• Quick comprehension and ability to think in abstract terms.
• Analytical, meticulous, structured, and independent way of working.
• Initiative and flexibility plus an independent and systematic approach.
• English fluency, including negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Your mission

For Turkey (remote position), we are seeking a Data Migration and Transformation Consultant as a Data Migration and Transformation Consultant, you will:

• Coordinate or lead our transformation or migration projects
• Support Sales during the pre-sales/quotation process
• Lend your expertise to the solution design of our SAP projects
• Support our SAP data migration team in international SAP projects from the get-go
• Independently perform data analyses and evaluations
• Create and run internal and customer workshops independently or in a team
• Develop migration concepts in coordination with module colleagues and customer departments
• Define rules and regulations in coordination with module colleagues and customer departments
• Analyze, develop, implement, and test transformation and migration solutions independently or in a team
• Technically implement complex sets of conversion rules for the data to be migrated
• Implement test and live data conversions

Your profile

Must have:

• At least 4 years’ professional experience in the SAP environment
• Strong competence in Microsoft Access and SQL
• Basic knowledge of the standard SAP migration tools
• Understanding of the extraction, transformation, and loading process
