Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage products dedicated to the Vectra product family.
• Work with Sales Team on new projects and technical issues.
• Manage and work with vendor technical teams.
• Plan technical workshops and marketing activities.
• Provide technical support to customers and partners.

Skills

Troubleshoot complex network issues

Translate business problems into designs

Create implementation details for NDR solutions

Define and measure incident response processes

Understanding of SOC operations

Experience with NDR, ITDR, SOAR tools
