Job summary

BtcTurk | Teknoloji is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to strengthen security operations across on-premises and cloud environments, with a focus on data protection and incident response.

You will manage DLP, data discovery and classification, MDM, and EDR/XDR platforms, contribute to CAASM efforts, oversee certificate lifecycle, and document procedures to support continuous improvement. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline as listed.
• Minimum 4 years in Security Operations or enterprise information security environments.
• Hands-on experience with DLP, data discovery & classification, and MDM technologies.
• Familiarity with CAASM concepts and tooling.
• Strong knowledge of network security fundamentals and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, perform incident analysis, and follow up on policy violations.
• Conduct data discovery and classification activities across on-premises and cloud environments to identify and label sensitive data.
• Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms for endpoint compliance and configuration management.
• Manage Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) / Extended Detection and Response (XDR) platforms and coordinate containment and eradication processes.
• Manage certificate lifecycle processes (issuance, renewal, revocation) across internal PKI and third-party certificate authorities.
• Contribute to Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management (CAASM) initiatives to maintain visibility into the organization's asset and exposure landscape.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, procedures, and continuous improvement reports for security operations.

• At least 4 years of experience in Security Operations or enterprise information security environments.


• Hands-on experience with DLP, data discovery & classification, and MDM technologies.


• Familiarity with Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management (CAASM) concepts and tooling.


• Strong understanding of network security principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, VPN, and SSL/TLS.


• Basic scripting/programming skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python preferred).


• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and documentation skills.


• Proficiency in reading and writing technical English.
