Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage products dedicated to the Vectra product family.
• Work with Sales Team to follow up new projects, support Sales Team with technical issues, and plan demo/PoC to cover customer satisfaction.
• Manage and closely work with vendor technical teams to cover all technical aspects addressed by vendors.
• Plan technical workshops, events, and activities for the dedicated product to ensure product reputation and added value.
• Collaborate with marketing team and customers to create new value‑added services or expand number of services and ensure all service KPIs.
• Provide technical support to customers and partners for the dedicated product, including configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow‑ups completed in a timely manner.
• Provide fault isolation and root‑cause analysis for technical issues.
• Visit customers in the event of a critical situation to expedite resolution as required.
• Enable partners for the Vectra product family, follow up partner trainings and certifications.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering or related fields.
• Experience conducting Proof of Concept on‑site or off‑site.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and problems.
• Skill to translate business problems into high‑level designs and solutions.
• Experience creating implementation details and helping customers deploy NDR solutions.
• Understanding of SOC operations, SOC integrations.
• Ability to define, implement, automate and measure effective incident response processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of security architecture and market‑leading security tools.
• Experience with NDR, ITDR, SOAR tools.
