Job summary

DFDS in Turkey seeks a Customer Service & Operations Specialist for the Mersin Route on a 1-year contract. You will ensure smooth customer service and operational processes, acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams, supporting pricing and bookings, and monitoring daily performance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, strong English, and MS Office skills; Arabic language is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent English (written and spoken). Arabic knowledge is a plus.
• MS Office skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bookings and pricing processes with internal teams.
• Create and update Daily Utilizations Reports; share market updates.
• Provide pricing for oversize, project, and finished vehicles per route pricing.
• Serve as communication bridge between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Utilize software as needed and engage in customer visits.
• Support onboarding procedures and after-sales operations like storage and invoicing.
• Assist group sales activities and ensure smooth operation flow.
