Job summary

Ülker, part of pladis Global, is seeking a Customer Services Assistant Specialist for the TURCA Supply Chain Team in Çamlıca. You will manage daily orders, coordinate end-to-end processes, and act as the main contact for customers, collaborating with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years’ experience in customer service or supply chain, with strong communication and English skills. SAP and BI tools are pluses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Order Management in FMCG preferred.
• Good command of MS Office; SAP knowledge and BI/reporting tools are an asset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with a customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily order management and customer service activities, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Coordinating end-to-end order process from entry to shipment and delivery.
• Acting as a key contact point for assigned customers for supply chain matters.
• Coordinating with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, Warehouse and 3PL partners.
• Monitoring orders, product availability, delivery schedules and open issues.
• Following up on requests including delivery date changes, amendments, returns, and credits.
• Supporting resolution of pricing and order discrepancies with internal teams.
• Monitoring KPIs and contributing to root-cause analysis and improvements.
• Preparing and sharing reports on orders, deliveries, service levels and performance.
• Maintaining up-to-date customer and order master data in systems.
