Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a procurement and sales support professional to manage receivables, SAP PO openings, and logistics including customs. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and regulatory compliance within a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, sales support or related area.
• Strong knowledge of customs legislation and MS Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Fluent Turkish and English, team player with a customer orientation.

Responsibilities

• Matching receivables from customers and managing related invoicing.
• PO openings in SAP; monitor incoming material, transport and customs.
• Follow up with customers and issue letters of advance or guarantees when needed.
• Handle warranty returns and export/import procedures for repairs.
• Monitor cashing processes in forward transactions; monthly RELEX reporting.
• Assist costing after field works and share order letters with customers.
