Job summary

ZF Group in Sakarya is seeking an Order Management Specialist to coordinate customer orders with site production planning and manage order flows to ensure on‑time delivery. You will interface between customers and production planning and update SAP with order status.

The role requires engineering education, automotive or logistics experience, and strong Turkish/English communication. It offers private health insurance, an international team, and challenging projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Multiple years of experience in automotive sector or logistics.
• Direct customer contact experience with customer oriented mindset and negotiation skills to reach optimum results.
• High stress management capability.
• Fluent Turkish and fluent in English speaking and writing.
• Driving license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the customer orders with the site production planning department according to the contracts with the customers.
• Prioritization based on the customer order requirements.
• Follow up the right escalation path within the customer organization in case of the customer order delays.
• Responsible for the customer delivery KPIs, and regularly update customer order base within the SAP system.

Order Management Specialist

For our production plant in Sakarya/Arifiye, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Order Management Specialist.

About the team and role:

Join our dynamic Order Management Team, where we ensure a smooth end‑to‑end coordination of customer orders for our production plant in Sakarya/Arifiye. As a key interface between our customers and internal production planning, the team is responsible for managing order flows according to contractual requirements and ensuring on‑time delivery performance.
