Job summary

Crowncork Izmit is seeking a Customer Services Administrator to support the customer service team and manage inquiries efficiently. The role focuses on maintaining client relationships, processing orders, and coordinating with production planning to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3+ years in multinational environments, strong English skills, and proficiency in MS Office and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and Customer Service in multinational environments.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Strong MS Office skills and data analysis/reporting experience.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the existing customer portfolio and maintain long-term relationships with a quality-focused approach.
• Monitor customer forecasts to help achieve sales targets.
• Receive customer requests and convert them into orders.
• Coordinate and follow up on orders with the production planning team.
• Plan, organize, and monitor activities to ensure timely order delivery.
• Enter and report PSI data aligned with sales forecasts.
• Track historical sales performance and inventory levels; manage supply and sales planning.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer reports.
• Follow and update SOPs; support monthly closing processes.
