Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Head of Crypto Vertical in Turkey to build and scale a standalone crypto business unit. You will own the full P&L, drive revenue, profitability, and growth, and shape go-to-market with partnerships, product, and operations.

You will establish the team, set KPIs, launch acquisition channels, and evolve the organization toward long-term strategy while reporting to founders and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fintech/crypto/payments/banking with leadership ownership at GM/Head level.
• Proven track record delivering against P&L objectives (revenue, profitability, margins).
• Experience launching/scaling crypto products across B2C, B2B or B2B2C.
• Strong unit economics understanding (CAC, LTV, ARPU, margins).
• Proven in strategic partnerships and business development with measurable results.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML, MiCA, card-schemes and on/off-ramp considerations.
• Excellent executive communication and English fluency.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on leadership from ambiguity to scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the crypto vertical P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, margin management, revenue, profitability, and targets.
• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for crypto products (wallets, cards, trading, payments).
• Identify, negotiate, close, and manage strategic partnerships with ecosystem participants.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments; translate insights into growth strategies.
• Build a lean organization across growth, marketing, partnerships, operations, and support.
• Establish team structures, KPIs, and operating processes; coach performance.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Data, and Marketing.
• Launch and optimize acquisition channels; aim for strong unit economics and LTV/CAC ≥ 3.
• Close first strategic B2B and B2B2C partnerships; develop repeating growth engine.
• Present plans and performance to founders and executives.
• Transition from hands-on to scalable, long-term business development.
